These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Start From Nowhere's websites, applications, and services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

To power adaptive study plans, we collect your answers, pace, scores, and usage of the Services. This data is used to personalize your practice, estimate your score, and improve the Services. The Services, including all practice questions, explanations, software, and branding, are owned by Start From Nowhere or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own exam preparation.

7. AI-generated content

Some practice content, explanations, and recommendations are generated with AI. They can contain errors. They are study aids, not guarantees of exam content or outcomes — always verify against official test-maker materials.

8. Third-party marks

GMAT is a trademark of the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). GRE is a trademark of ETS. LSAT is a trademark of LSAC. MCAT is a trademark of the AAMC. None of these organizations endorses or is affiliated with Start From Nowhere.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant any particular exam result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Start From Nowhere's total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
